It hit me how hard it is to be a mom, the first time I was really sick and David and Stephen still needed my attention all day long. I remember thinking, "Wait a minute! When you feel this yucky, you should be able to lay in bed all day while someone gets you drinks and tylenol and fluffs your pillow for you." Didn't happen.
